A revolutionary new “green” fiber blend is now available to enhance virtually any concrete application and/or cementitious product.  FiberMX-NC™ is a low cost blend of recycled manmade and natural fibers.

Producers and specifiers seeking a green, low cost plastic shrinkage crack reducer will appreciate that this product is recovered from paper mill waste, recycled paper and recycled nylon carpet.  This timely, patent pending product has proven effective in doses from 1.5 lbs/yard for crack reduction.

Precast product producers adding 15-30 lbs/yard will reduce their products weight by 10% or more - creating significant cost savings on shipping while making their product greener!

Stucco, plaster and specialty products incorporating very high doses of 100-200 lbs/yard will see a dramatic increase in R-values, sound absorption and shock dissipation creating sustainable energy savings throughout the products life cycle.

FiberMX-NC™ is the result of over four years of research and testing by widely recognized and respected world class concrete and fiber testing agencies. A paradigm shift in the concrete world is taking place as expensive virgin fiber is being replaced by equally effective and lower cost recycled, green fiber.

A “second fiber product” is to be launched in late 2010 - FiberMX - Tribrid™.  It will extend crack reducing capabilities to include structural cracking by adding a “wide spec” ballistic grade polypropylene fiber to the FiberMX-NC blend!
